SalaryOur client, based in Berkshire are looking to appoint an experienced Senior EH Housing Officer. You will be expected to undertake full range of regulatory functions in relation to private sector housing including HHSRS inspections, property licensing, enforcement action and investigations and representing the Council at Court or Tribunal. The need a SEHO who can deal with high profile cases and prosecutions.
This role requires you at the very minimum to hold the HHSRS certificate and have at least 5 year's experience of working within this field. Your CV must demonstrate recent experience of working within this discipline.
The role will run for an initial 3 months and will pay £40-45+. Full time would be a preference but we would be happy to submit those looking for flexible or part time hours.
