Form of workWe are actively looking for an Electrical Commercial Manager to join our team based full-time out of our Great Dunmow office,.
Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing and being responsible for the estimating process
- Handling contract negotiations
- Managing the flow of work to all estimators across all regional areas
- Managing costs of electrical projects
- Authorising sign offs and commercial terms of conditions
- Assessing incoming jobs for their viability
- Heavily involved with reviewing and handling tenders for electrical projects
Skills and Qualifications:
- 3-5 years’ experience at a similar level
- Electrical Qualification AND/OR background in commercial surveying/management
- Electrical component knowledge
- Experience using JCT Contracts
- Highly skilled and experienced negotiator
- Understanding of construction sub-contract orders
- Able to build and maintain effective relationships with clients and colleagues
- Excellent stakeholder management
