Position details:
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm.
- Compensation: £45,000 - £50,000 dependent on experience, and a car allowance.

Role Overview: An exciting opportunity awaits an experienced Electrical Contracts Manager to join our dynamic team. As we continue to expand, we seek an individual who can effectively manage contracts, lead teams, and uphold our commitment to excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage contracts from inception to final account settlement, ensuring efficiency and quality.
- Mentor and lead a dedicated team, fostering a culture of professionalism and high standards.
- Cultivate robust client relationships to ensure exceptional customer service.
- Oversee accurate pricing, quotations, invoicing, and procurement of materials.
- Ensure compliance with KPIs and best practices in legal and compliance matters.
- Train and supervise junior supervisors and engineers.
Experience & Skills Required:
- Essential possession of a valid UK Driving License.
- Preferred experience in contract management, particularly within the public sector.
- Proficient in testing, inspection, certification validation, and invoicing quotations.
- In-depth knowledge of electrical regulations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
- Excellent presentation, leadership, and management skills.
