As a key member of our management staff, you will oversee and coordinate electrical projects, ensuring successful execution from inception to completion.Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Lead and manage Electrical Contracts across various sectors, including industrial, commercial, and educational projects.
- Team Leadership: Supervise a team of electricians, ensuring efficient project delivery and adherence to safety protocols.
- Client Liaison: Maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing enquiries, providing updates, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Budget and Schedule Control: Monitor project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and quality benchmarks.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate project risks, implementing effective solutions.
- Documentation: Oversee contract documentation, including RAMS (Risk Assessment and Method Statement).
