Henderson Brown are delighted to be partnering with a strong provider in the clean and renewable energy sector to assist with their recruitment of an Electrical, Control and Instrumentation Engineer.
Responsibilities:
This list is non exhaustive responsibilities and accountabilities include:
Effectively collaborating with onsite teams.
Gaining familiarity with the plant, processes, documentation, and company culture.
Assisting in loop checking, documentation verification, plant commissioning, and startup.
Assisting the Maintenance Manager in establishing a maintenance system.
Developing maintenance routines for Electrical, Control, and Instrumentation (EC&I).
Providing hands-on troubleshooting as the first line of support.
Reporting to the management team on the root causes of failures and offering recommendations for remedies.
Requirements:
HND/BSc or equivalent in Engineering
Experience with a work permit system, preferably holding an electrical Authorized Person role.
Completion of process and plant engineering training in a prior role is preferred.
Demonstrated experience with the Management of Change system.
Proven hands-on troubleshooting skills.
