We have a permanent Electrical Maintenance Craftsperson role available within TATA Steel's steel and slab department. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills and is proactive, reliable and sees work through to completion.
Role: Electrical Maintenance Craftsperson
Location: TATA Steel, Shapfell Limestone Quarries, Penrith CA10 3QG
Rate: Total package: £38,000 per annum.
£31,500 base salary, £3000 call out allowance, £1,200 annualised hours and sponsorship for HNC course worth £4300
Hours: 36.5 hours per week
Essential requirements:
Driving licence and use of a carA minimum of NVQ level 3 or equivalent in a relevant electrical tradeStrong written and verbal communication skillsExperience and qualifications within the industrial sector18th edition IEE qualifiedStrong knowledge of Health and Safety practisesExperience within electrical maintenance and fault finding within a commercial/industrial and/or engineering environmentGood IT literacy skills Responsibilities:
Achieving operational targets set by senior management at the plantProviding top quality service to stakeholdersAdhering to Health and Safety legislation at all timesFault findingReporting and recording maintenance and repair detailsUsing IT systems and maintenance management systemReacting to engineering, quality and safety issues as they ariseInitiating corrective actions Benefits:
