This company operates a large portfolio of Nuclear, Wind, Coal and Gas Power assets spread across the UK, Europe and the USA. They are the largest single producer of Renewable Energy in the UK, and supply millions of customers spread across the UK.
In this role you will be responsible for carrying out many of the electrical designs, specifications and calculations used in some of the UK's newest and largest Wind Energy projects.
The ideal candidate will be educated to Degree level in Electrical Engineering and will have gained demonstrable experience in the Power Generation/Power Infrastructure or the Renewable Energy industries where they have been involved in things such as LV and HV design work, commissioning work and project management or project engineering.

The role:
* Supporting with electrical specification and design work on projects
* Compiling project plans, deliverables and requirements
* Producing electrical designs, diagrams, schematics and general drawings for HV and LV systems
* Supporting with procurement to ensure materials and deliveries meet project timescales
* Identifying, recording and communicating electrical risks to relevant parties
* Carrying out technical and commercial due diligence where required
The person:
* Educated to Degree level in Electrical Engineering or similar
* Previous design experience with HV and LV systems
* Experience in commissioning
* Experience in the Renewable Energy sector (highly advantageous)
* Project Management qualifications (highly advantageous)
* Full UK driving license
