the company are committed to high quality training and continuous development of staff. The successful candidates will receive a robust training plan within the business, this will be enhanced through a 4-year apprenticeship delivered by a local provider.
Through your apprenticeship you will gain the skills and knowledge of reactive, planned and preventative maintenance across all equipment and facilities at our site. The successful candidate will work closely with our in-house maintenance team to develop a robust understanding of machinery and equipment and enhance their knowledge of all aspects of maintenance.
You will work from drawings and manuals, along with developing the ability to fault find and diagnose faults and work efficiently and effectively to overcome these to ensure downtime is minimised.
Undertake a development programme through a robust 4-year apprenticeship. Actively participate in your own development agreed with your line manager and assessor from the training provider. You will also be provided with a mentor and rotated through departments to gain a full understanding of the business.
