Electrical Estimator

Fuseland specialise in full mechanical and electrical fit outs across a range of sectors including Commercial , retail, educational and residential.

Projects range in value from £50K to £6 million, with a full range of Electrical & Mechanical services offered.

The role is office based within our Bristol Office

Duties:

• Review project specifications and drawings .
• Conduct site visits when needed and gather necessary information to provide a comprehensive estimate return
• Prepare detailed cost estimates, including labour, materials, equipment, and subcontractor costs
• Collaborate with Mechanical Estimators and other team members to develop accurate estimates
• Identify potential risks and opportunities for cost savings
• Present estimates to clients and participate in negotiations as needed
• Maintain documentation of estimates, including revisions and updates

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Estimator in the Electrical industry
• Electrical Installation background is preferred
• Proficient in using estimating software (SEC Cypher ) and Microsoft Office
• Strong computer skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Effective communication and negotiation skills
