Work out the value and quantity of materials needed for each projectDetermine the amount of labour required for every projectConsider the profitability of each project to support management in making decisionsSuggest solutions to increase profitability for projectsEnsure cost databases are updates regularly to reflect variance in costs for both materials and labourEvaluating labour and material costsCarry out site surveys when required
