Roles and responsibilities
- Conduct routine inspections and tests of fire protection equipment to ensure proper functioning.
- Troubleshoot and repair any issues with fire protection and security systems.
- Collaborate with team members to design and implement fire protection and security system installations.
- Read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints to understand system design.
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, and other equipment to build and install fire protection systems.
- Use computer-aided design (CAD) software to create system layouts and designs.
- Provide training and guidance to other team members on fire protection and security system maintenance and operation.
Requirements:
- 5-10 Years experience
- Must be able to use systems, including fire alarms, security systems, and fire suppression systems.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Strong mechanical knowledge and aptitude.
- Familiarity with electrical systems and components.
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints.
- Experience with computer-aided design (CAD) software is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
