Salary: £36 - £40,000 p.a depending on experience

Hours: 7:30 – 4:30 pm
Travel requirements: National Travel with overnight stays – Willingness to work away from home during the week; some weeks you could be away all week.
Due to continuing expansion, our client is seeking a multi-skilled engineer, with excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, able to work to strict deadlines and strong verbal communication skills and possesses a tactful, polite and friendly approach.
Duties of the Electrical Installation Engineer
- Providing a professional installation service ensuring the quality, safety and workmanship are of the highest standards at all times.
- Installing, testing and inspecting electrics in customers’ premises within the room where equipment is being installed
- Issuing an electrical safety certificate on completion of all electrical work within the installation.
- Ensuring work is carried out following health and safety compliance and making sure rooms are left clean and tidy after the installation.
- Carrying out site surveys before the installation
- Carrying out risk assessments before commencing work for all installations.
- Carrying out service calls and maintenance on our equipment, diagnosing and repairing any faults.
To be successful in this Electrical Installation Engineer role we are looking to speak with multi-skilled engineers with the following skills and experiences:
- IET Wiring Regulations - 18th Edition
- Testing and Inspection qualification
- Electrotechnical Certification Scheme (ECS) Card
