SalaryAn opportunity has arisen for a skilled Electrical Instrumentation engineer to join a market leading engineering business within the process industry.
The Engineer will be servicing and supporting a whole range of equipment and machinery across Swansea / Neath. The engineer will be working on a range of instrumentation and control panels.
This role is mainly site based and involves daily travelling and some overnights
Duties include:
- Carry out electrical installation works to BS7671 or its equivalent.
- Carry out installation, service, commissioning and repair on LV control panels.
- Be capable of carrying out mechanical assembly/modifications
- Routine maintenance
- Conduct PPMs
- Basic Microsoft usage
The Engineer will need to hold the following:
- Full driving license
- Electrical bias qualifications
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Good PC literacy
- Ability to work well with other teams within the company
