Nights- Mon-Thurs 4.30pm - 03.00am,
Days- Mon-Thursday 6.00am - 4.30pm
A Market Leading Manufacturer has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer. Working with this well-established brand you will be involved all aspects of Electrical Maintenance work within the manufacturing unit. This role offers a stable and secure career path for motivated engineers due to the nature of their Industry.

Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver a robust maintenance programme which will include preventative maintenance, servicing schedule,
- equipment enhancements and regular checks (i.e. fire safety, PAT Testing, site infrastructure compliance.
- Use problem solving techniques to ensure that machines are fixed speedily within the factory and
- warehouse to ensure that downtime is minimal
- Responsible for undertaking maintenance and repair jobs across the business in accordance with the
- day to day requirements
- To up-date the standard operating procedures in accordance with the implementation of continual
- improvement techniques
- To manage and plan site installations, commissioning and de-commissioning of machinery and project
- engineering duties as required from time to tim
- To continually train machine operators so that they can become proficient in the safe utilisation of the
- machines and assist with troubleshooting
- To ensure opportunities during production downtime periods are maximised in servicing the machines.
- To develop an approved supplier/contractors list with names, numbers and approved services for all
- specialised maintenance jobs which cannot be completed internally
Required Skills & Experience
- Electrical engineering experience vital with latest edition wiring regulations (IET)
- Experience carrying out Electrical Installations
- Experience of PLC controls,Vision systems,Control sensors (Programming and coding advantageous)
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong IT skills
- Strong project management and planning skills
