Electrician / Electrical Maintenance Engineer

Team Support Group are delighted to be recruiting for a long-standing client based in the Dudley area who are seeking an Electrician / Electrical Maintenance Engineerto join their team. 

The Hours: This is based on a rotational shift pattern of 3 shifts. 

6am - 2pm 

1pm - 9pm 

8pm - 6am (this shift comes with an additional antisocial working hours increment)

The Salary £33,000 (not including overtime) 

The Role: 

Working as a part of a team of 2 on each shift alongside an electrician you will be responsible for:

• Installation work on machinery
• Fault finding
• Maintain lighting replacement.
• Involvement in CCT design and control panel building
• As the nature of general maintenance there will be other general maintenance work to be carried out
• Follow CCT diagrams to aid fault finding.
• Fault find on OHC, Remote handsets fuses etc
• Test emergency lighting and evacuation alarm system.

Experience / Qualifications:

Completed Apprenticeship / Time Served would be preferred.

18th Edition IEE Regs, not essential. NVQ Level 3 or City and Guilds in Mechanical Maintenance.
