As an Electrical Maintenance Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our electrical systems and equipment. You will be responsible for conducting preventive maintenance, troubleshooting electrical issues, and performing necessary repairs to minimise downtime and enhance overall efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on electrical systems.
- Diagnose and repair electrical malfunctions, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
- Collaborate with the maintenance team to implement effective maintenance strategies.
- Perform electrical installations and modifications as required.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Qualifications:
- City & Guilds 2382 Level 3 Certificate in Electrical Installations (or equivalent).
- Proven experience as an Electrical Maintenance Engineer.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, circuits, and equipment.
- Ability to interpret technical manuals and drawings.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Strong commitment to safety and adherence to regulations.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Requirements:
- 2 + years Proven experience in Electrical Maintenance.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and respond to emergency situations.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
