Electrical Maintenance Engineer

Metalis are currently in partnership with a leading manufacturing company within Manchester.

Due to expansion, we are looking for a skilled Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join a busy manufacturing company, on permanent basis. You will be reporting to the Maintenance Manager and work closely with the maintenance and manufacturing teams.

Job duties:

• Performs scheduled maintenance and preventative repairs on all electrical systems, equipment, and machinery. Some mechanical repairs may also be required.
• Review maintenance schedules and adjust them as necessary to keep production functioning at optimum levels.
• Provide effective breakdown service, including fault finding and repair of manufacturing machinery and equipment.
• Adhering to health and safety regulations.

Job requirements:

• A multi-disciplined Engineer with an electrical bias
• HNC BTEC Qualified
• 18th Edition qualification

Shifts;

4 on, 4 off, 2 Days, 2 Nights - 7am to 7pm & 7pm to 7am
