My client, whose head office is based in Woore, Cheshire has a requirement for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer / Site Engineer
My client, one of the UK’s market leading companies in the supply, manufacture, design, install and service of pumping equipment, and they are looking for a dynamic and motivated Electrical Maintenance Engineerl to join their site team
Joining an exciting and fast-paced external team, the ideal candidate will be a motivated individual working alongside an mechanical site engineer, installing, commissioning and servicing of pumping and related equipment.
Duties required as an Electrical Maintenance Engineer:
- Attend sites across the UK
- Support our after sales and breakdown department when available
- Be prepared to stay away from home when required, Up to 2 nights per week
- Maintain company procedures and improve where possible
- Complete site reports after each visit and obtain customer signature
- Return all completed site reports and time sheets in a timely fashion
- Be a good ambassador for the company, promoting all products and services
- Ensure all materials and tools are available before leaving and complete works within time frames
- Communicate at all levels
- Be responsible for petty cash and credit card
- Identify training needs
- Be flexible to the requirements of the business
- Observe and maintain the company’s Health & Safety Policy and Procedures.
- Undertake any other duties that may be required from time to time
Qualifications required for our Electrical Maintenance vacancy:
- Electrical qualification to 17th or 18th Edition (BS7671) - Essential
- C&G Level 3 - Initial and periodic inspection and testing of electrical installations - Desirable
- Confined space training - Desirable
- First Aid - Desirable
- CSCS - Desirable
- Experience of working in a similar role or maintenance - Desirable
- Preferably with pumps - Desirable

Package on offer as an Electrical Maintenance Engineer:
- Circa £45PA
- 30 days holiday (Including Bank Holiday) rising to 33 days after 1 years service
- Annual performance related bonus (Non contractual)
