Job Description
- Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance on all production equipment
- Ensuring all machinery operates to the highest possible standard
- Identifying and implementing improvements to the production process
- Working closely with other team members to ensure a cohesive approach to maintenance and repair
- Adhering to all health and safety guidelines
- Participating in continuous improvement initiatives
- Communicating any issues or suggestions to management
- Assisting with other duties as required within the Engineering & Manufacturing Department
The Successful Applicant
A successful Electrical Maintenance Engineer should have:
- A recognised qualification in Electrical Engineering
- Experience working in an FMCG environment
- Experience with PPM, fault finding and knowledge of PLC's
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills
- The ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations
