The Company
Based within one of the UK’s leading manufacturing groups my client is looking to recruit an experienced electrically biased Maintenance Engineer to add to their existing team. The facility in Liverpool has been there for over 40 years and is focused around highspeed deliver of orders to its clients nationwide. There products being used in utility protection, construction and walkways. Their core business is making high quality recycled products from plastic scraps such as plastic bottles, carrier bags, film, and packaging.
Key Skills
- Apprentice Trained Electrical engineer
- Working Knowledge of PLC Machinery & Heavy machinery
- Understanding of PPM Systems
The Role
You will have served a minimum of a full apprenticeship in electrical engineering with a Multi-skilled Electrically Bias.
On a day to day basis you will get involved with PPM/Reactive maintenance, blow filling lines, extrusion machinery, granulators, shredding machines, conveyors, packaging machinery, plastic, on-site projects, FF on PLC's (S7/AB) on-site, 3-phase, motors, gearboxes.
You will also be focused on PPM systems and Continuous Improvement aspects of the company, so ideally someone from a modern manufacturing environment would be at a distinct advantage.
