Job Description
As a Maintenance Electrician your responsibilities are as follows:
- PPMs
- Reactive maintenance
- Electrical building services maintenance
- Fault finding
- Testing and inspection
- Remedial works
- Minor installations
- Emergency lighting
- Fire alarm tests
The Successful Applicant
- City & Guilds 2391-52 Inspection & Testing & BS7671 18th Edition (minimum)
- City & Guilds 6187 Refrigeration and Air Conditioning
- City & Guilds 2079 F GAS and ODS Regulations
- NVQ Level 3 Heating and Ventilation,
- Proven experience as an Electrical or Mechanical Maintenance Engineer in residential and commercial settings.
- In-depth knowledge of electrical or mechanical systems, components, and regulations.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
