Location: Chester (Up to an hour)

Salary: GBP34k - GBP37.5k Basic, up to GBP60k+ with Overtime, offshore allowance, and transfer allowance.
Overview:
Seeking a skilled Commissioning Engineer to ensure seamless integration and optimal functionality of offshore Davit Cranes through rigorous testing and troubleshooting.
Responsibilities:

• Execute commissioning for new Davit crane installations.
• Develop testing procedures for electrical and mechanical systems.
• Document test results and system configurations.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to address challenges.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations.
• Troubleshoot issues and optimize crane performance.
• Provide training to operational teams.

Requirements:

• NVQ level 3 or equivalent in Electrical and Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience in commissioning electrical and mechanical components.
• Familiarity with control systems and sensors.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
• Commitment to safety standards.
• Clean driving licence.

Preferred:

• Experience with various crane types and sizes.
• Knowledge of industry standards related to cranes.
