£30,000 - £40,000 (OTE £50 - £60,000) + Training + Progression + Offshore Opportunities

Are you an Electrical or Mechanical Fitter or similar, with motor / generator experience, looking to take the next step in your career through a comprehensive training programme, to become a fully qualified Winder, within a well-established business that offer's clear progression routes to management?

On offer is the opportunity to receive training to advance your technical ability, progress within the company to more senior roles as well as being given the chance to increase your earnings with optional offshore work and overtime.

In this role you will receive extensive Training on the over-hauling and re-winding of various motors. Whilst developing your skills on the job, you will also have the opportunity to work offshore with the role, working on larger motors and boosting your earnings massively.

This role would suit an Electrical or Mechanical Fitter or similar, with motor / generator experience, eager to progress to the next level in their career, to receive tailored training and progress within a long-standing and successful company, whilst being able to increase your earnings.

The Role:

• Extensive Training on over-hauling and re-winding of motors
• Based in Workshop
• Optional offshore / overtime work
• Monday - Thursday 8-4:30, Friday, 8-3:30

The Person:

• Electrical or Mechanical Fitter or similar
• Experience with motors or generators
