Form of workA leading, established and highly successful provider of mechanical and electrical installation services to commercial and industrial buildings seek the solid appointment of experienced and commercially talented Electrical Project Managers from an M&E / Building Services electrical installation project management background to join their exciting planned growth and continued success.
The appointed Project Managers will report into their Midlands based offices on occasion as and when required, otherwise in the main, you will manage your time based on site, whilst active on your projects.
Naturally any staying away and working away is fully expensed including evening meals and accomodation.
You will manage one project at any one time, which could range from £1.5M-£20M
We are looking to make multiple appointments and this is a genuinely exciting time to be a part of this growth campaign.
We seek true professionals to mainly work on managing the electrical installations into new build industrial sheds for distribution, food production, automotive and a variety of manufactured goods.
Candidates highly sought after are those naturally from an M&E / Building Services background, ideally with direct working experience in the project management and delivery of electrical installations and all electrical related services you would expect to find in these environments..
You will be competent with a proven track record in managing and delivering schemes of this level.
Candidates applying will ideally have experience in dealing with main contractors.
Whilst they have their own teams of electrical installtion engineers on the ground, you will also organise and work with other specialist electrical engineers to undertake some elements of these installs.
