gap construction are proud to be representing this market leading M&E firm who operate all over East Anglia on large commercial, industrial and retail projects ranging from GBP500k to GBP5million. Our Client is looking for an experienced Temporary Electrical Project Manager to be based on their site in Ipswich for a term of 50 weeks.
Working on a large site and overseeing the day to day duties of 20 operatives, you will also be expected to:
Performance Objectives

• Managing site work and quality of install.
• Liaising with Main Contractor on site.
• Day to Day problem solving.
• General Site management.
• Carry out site inspection and progress reviews.
• Assess labour levels and requirements.

The Ideal candidate will possess the following:

• Previous 'hands-on' electrical experience - NVQ level 3 trained or time served.
• Proven Commercial experience on project of GBP5million and above.
• Previously worked with a tier 1 contractor
• Ability to work under pressure and able to make decisions.
