My client, a leading housing association contractor are currently seeking a experienced electrical QS to come on board for there reactive maintenance contracts.
This role is within the social housing reactive maintenance sector. These are permanent and will be provided with a van & fuel card, along with other benefits.
Duties include:
- Managing the maintenance works in and around the area
- Liaising with the electricians
- Toolbox talks
- Signing off work NICEIC.
Requirements:
- 18th edition
- NVQ L3 or AM2
- 2391
- Social housing/MOD experience
- UK Driving license
