Electrical Quantity Surveyor

Options Resourcing Ltd are actively looking for an Electrical Quantity Surveyor to work for a leading electrical contractor based in Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire.
Job Description:
Office based role.
To analyze and breakdown tenders
Quantify drawings.
To build cost documents from quantification.
Produce RFI schedules.
Coordinate with the design department.
Produce the templates and information for other QS in the department to review final tender pack ready for issue.
The normal hours will be 8 hours a day but there is the opportunity to work 9 hours a day, (working 7-4).
Salary between 30 - 40K ideally but for the right candidate can be reviewed.
Must have use of your own vehicle will be an office-based role.
Skills:
Excel and Office Package - Essential.
Adobe Editor for marking PDF's - Essential.
Electrical knowledge - Essential (not necessarily qualified spark but maybe a HNC or other qualifications in building services or electrical engineering perhaps).
Autocad use - Desirable.
Revit use - Desirable.
Ongoing development and training will be available in the future to develop this role.
