Delivery of Repairs to Housing Stock and other public buildings, delivered by the in house DLO including monitoring, maintaining and improving services and product delivery in accordance with the clients policies and procedures and ensure adherence of legal and legislative requirements and best practice.
The efficient and effective supervision of Responsive Repair, planned and Void Contracts delivered including monitoring, maintaining and improving service and product delivery.
Performing the function of the internal repairs team's Electrical Qualifying Supervisor.
Be commercially aware to enable Responsive Repairs and Voids Contract to be profitable.
To undertake a range of electrical duties based in office and on site as part of
the Housing Maintenance Service.
Supervise and mentor electricians and apprentices and establishing close working relationships with the other Supervisors.
Responsible for the validating of electrical certificates, recording details of certificate.
