Electrical Supervisor

Our client is a premier consultancy who have been operating for 14 years. They carry out design and installation in the Kent & Southeast region in the solar panel, battery storage and renewable energy industry; working in both the commercial and residential sectors.

Our client is currently seeking an Installation Manager / Supervisor who can join and lead their dynamic team of engineers installing various PV systems on different types of properties, as well supporting O&M servicing and repairs on existing Solar PV arrays. Through proven experience in leading teams, managing efficiencies and supplies while supporting the wider business. You will be based in the office but required to travel to site when needed.

Electrical Supervisor Position Overview

• Oversee the in-house installation teams, providing QS, guidance and support.
• Asset control and management with ad hoc procurement.
• Motivate, coach, mentor and develop business functions.
• Monitor and analyse personnel performance to evaluate and manage employees.
• Plan, direct, control, and monitor to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions
• Manage and optimize resources to achieve operational goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Ensure quality, timelines, and work efficiency goals are met within our projects.
• Tracking and reporting of KPIs reporting to the Operations Manager
• Ensuring that health and safety regulations are followed
• Involved in the hiring process and customer service as necessary
• Other appointments as required

Electrical Supervisor Position Remuneration

• £38,000.00 - £47,500.00 - DOE
