Role: Electrical & TechnicalEngineer (Water Treatment)

Summary:
An international Wastewater company are seeking an Electrical & Technical Engineerto join their ground-breaking team! You will support the business by overseeing all electrical aspects of equipment and performance in their WasteWater Treatment plants. Your key responsibilities will include installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical control, wiring, and panels systems. Key responsibilities:
- Inspecting transformers, circuit breakers, VSDs, pumps, flow meters, IFM Ilot
- Installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical control, wiring, and panels systems.
- Troubleshooting electrical issues using appropriate testing devices.
- Repairing faults, servicing equipment, creating preventative maintenance strategies, and updating user manuals
- Developing, reviewing, updating, modifying, and approving technical electrical diagrams & blueprints
- Develop test plans and perform tests on electrical circuitry, equipment, and systems
- Liaising with clients and other engineers to ensure projects are completed to specifications.
Skills and experience required:
- You will be fully conversant with water and wasteWater Treatment equipment and processes - incl. Pumps - Essential
- You will be a time served electrical engineer with a current 18th edition certification.
- Ability to read technical diagrams and blueprints
- Ideally HNC ONC or similar discipline.
- Excellent communication skills
- This is a field-based role visiting sites in the Severn Trent/Thames Water Region - you will use a centralised system showing your jobs and required location
