AddressSkills Bootcamp Manager : £30,000 - £40,000 per annum

The Manchester site is well established as the largest specialist logistics training facility in the UK.
Our organisation provides training for people at all levels, from supporting individuals to gain work to developing senior managers, mainly through our two key brands of The Job Gym and The National Logistics Academy and utilising several different types of government funding that we have successfully secured. The Role
We have an exciting opportunity to manage the delivery of our new Skills Bootcamp in Electric Vehicle.
Your primary focus will be to plan, establish and lead a best practice Skills Bootcamp that provides the knowledge, skills and qualifications that automotive technicians need to upskill and work on Electric and Hybrid vehicles. Management and leadership of the EV Bootcamp team will be central to this role.
Your duties will include but will not be limited to:
- Implement delivery of the EV Skills Bootcamp programme in line with contractual requirements.
- Tracking to ensure that all project milestones are achieved on time.
- Following up and rectifying any project slippage.
- Ensure that all scheduling and reporting is timely and accurate.
- Training, guidance and development of team members.
- Ensure compliance with all aspects of registration and accreditation.
- Drive continuous improvement within the department and the team.
Skills/Knowledge/Behaviours/Qualifications
- Proven record of leading the delivery of a quality training programme that has produced outstanding outcomes.
- Strong understanding government funded learning.
- Strong project management skills.
- Strong digital, spoken and written communication skills, with an ability to communicate at all levels.
- Excellent relationship building skills.
- Strong administration and scheduling skills.
- Driven to meet quality and compliance targets.
- Proven management, leadership skills and experience
The package
- This position is a full-time role, working 37.5 hours a week based at our Middleton facility.
- £30,000 - £40,000 per annum dependant on experience and qualifications.
