Salary: £32,000 - £35,000 - Minimum of £10,000 in Overtime + Paid at 1.5x on a Sunday
(OTE - £42,000 - £45,000)
Shift - 8 Hour Days, Monday-Friday
Location: Chesterfield, Derbyshire
Sector: Industrial Engineering (50 sites UK Wide)

Role Overview: As an Electric Motor Rewinder, you will play a crucial role in assembling, installing, and maintaining winders for various industries. Your responsibilities will include testing AC/DC electrical motor winding, utilizing burnout techniques, rewinding motor windings, connecting and testing windings, and ensuring compliance with company standards.
Responsibilities:
- Assemble, install, and maintain winders for various industries.
- Test AC/DC electrical motor winding and use burnout techniques.
- Rewind AC/DC motor windings with precision.
- Connect and test windings, ensuring performance meets company standards.
- Conduct tests and calibrations as necessary, recording data in line with company policy.
- Adhere to health and safety guidelines.

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a winder or experience winding motors
- Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Capacity to meet tight deadlines.
