This is an extremely unique role for an Experienced Electrical Workshop Supervisor with a strong background in fast-paced Industrial Manufacturing. Role Description

• Supervise and provide technical support to workshop operatives.
• Ensure that the correct workshop procedures are being carried out on shop floor
• Monitor and inspect jobs in progress
• Ensure training records are kept up to date
• Work to H&S standard for things such as PPE, equipment, the workshop are all to the highest standard
• Calibration of measuring equipment
• Attend site to cost/assess or carry out site work as deemed fit by workshop workload

Skills and Qualifications

• Experienced in a workshop environment
• Well versed in Servo motor repair, Control panel wiring, control panel design, electronics repair
• AC & DC motors experience
• Clear supervisory experience, working with multi-disciplined teams
