Randstad are working with a Electrical & Renewable Energy Installation company, who specialise in the Domestic & Commercial sectors. Due to their successful award of recent contracts, they are looking to recruit a full time electrician. With the company quickly growing there is opportunity to progress into management level if desired in future.
The role:
- Deliver Solar PV & Battery storage Electrical installations
- Undertake general Electrical Installation works
- Complete Testing & Inspection activities as well as Electrical Installation Condition reports
- An understanding of health and safety on-site and the ability to work in line with our company Risk Assessment and Method Statement
- Working as part of a team
- Have the ability to fully commissioning systems & demonstrating the system/online monitoring to end user (training provided for all systems)
- Ad hoc requirements to support / meet needs of business.
- Report direct into Senior Management.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Professional attitude and approach to work
- Full UK driving licence
- Previous experience installing Solar PV systems will be highly advantageous
- 18th Edition Qualified electrician
- Competent in Test & inspections & can complete App based test certificates/handover documentation
- 2391 Testing & Inspection or equivalent (or be prepared to complete qualification
- Assisting in maintaining NIC/EIC accreditation
- Be motivated and keen for progression within growing business
- Will require DBS check
