The work will take place on both: East and West Lothian aswell as Edinburgh and Fife.
You will carry out Remedials from Post EICR.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identifying Deficiencies: Document defects, faults, and non-compliance issues, highlighting safety hazards.
- Documentation and Reporting: Prepare clear, compliant reports outlining findings and recommendations.
- Client Communication: Communicate inspection results and advise clients on necessary actions.

- Remedial Work Oversight: Coordinate with clients and contractors to ensure corrective actions are completed.
