The Role:

We are looking for a skilled Electrician to lead a small team in the rewiring of domestic houses and apartments in the Manchester and Cheshire area. Your primary responsibility will be to carry out electrical installations, rewires, and maintenance. This role requires precision, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and best practices in electrical work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform complete rewiring of domestic properties, ensuring compliance with the latest regulations.
• Install, maintain, and repair electrical control, wiring, and lighting systems.
• Read technical diagrams.
• Inspect transformers, circuit breakers, and other electrical components.
• Troubleshoot electrical issues using appropriate testing devices.
• Fault finding and diagnostics.
• Test and inspection
• Follow building regulations.
• Direct and train workers to install, maintain, or repair electrical wiring or equipment.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Minimum 18th Edition
• Experience of residential and commercial projects.
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving Skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Valid driver’s license and flexibility to travel to different sites around Manchester and Cheshire area.
