About your new role:
You’ll join our Public Sector client in Glasgow as Maintenance Electrician.
This will initially be a long-term temporary position, with the opportunity to apply for a permanent role.
This is the ideal job for an Electrician in Glasgow who is seeking steady on-going work, no travelling and is happy to do general maintenance tasks for our public sector client.
You will be carrying out planned and reactive maintenance consisting of domestic tasks such as changing sockets, lighting repairs & change out as well as general electrical maintenance duties.
Benefits:
– No travelling, you’ll work from one location
– Day shift – Mon-Thurs 8:00-16:00 with a 15:00 finish on Fridays
– You accrue holidays separately from your w ages at 34 days p.a. pro-rata
– contributions are made towards your pension as per current legislation.
– This is NOT an Umbrella or a CIS scheme.
– Long term work that could lead to permanent employment.
About you:
– You’ll be a qualified Electrician, 18th edition
– Have experience in a similar role
– Have, or be willing to obtain a basic disclosure check or PVG.
