Job Title: Electrician

Location: Weston Super Mare, Taunton, Yeovil and Chard

Salary: GBP38,265 plus van and fuel card

The Company:

Build recruitment are working on behalf of a housing association to recruit an experienced Electrician to cover from Weston-Super-Mare to Yeovil.

We are looking for a talented domestic electrician to join a friendly team to deliver a fault finding and general electrical maintenance service across the associations properties.

You will be included in an out of hours rota to provide emergency cover on a rota basis.

Experience working across the social housing sector would be an advantage but is not essential.

You will be required to undertake a DBS check and must have a valid driving licence.

Day to Day:

• Fault finding and electrical maintenance
• Working in void and occupied housing association properties
• Working alone or as part of a small team
• Providing a friendly and professional service

Requirements:

• Full driving licence
• 2391 or 2392 (desirable)
• 18th Edition
• Relevant electrical qualification, City & Guilds 2330 Level 3, 2351 Levels 2 & 3 or 2360 pt 1&2. or NVQ Level 3
• A DBS check will be required
