Electrician

Qualified Electrician required for permanent position

Work streams and Duties

• Main duties - To carry out EICR’s and the relevant remedial works on both void and tenant properties for our Social Housing clients in Merseyside
• On occasion - Reactive maintenance, planned works (Rewires, kitchen/bathroom upgrades, disrepair work)
• On occasion - commercial testing, EV charging installs, fire alarm installs

Qualifications and Skills

• C&G 2391 or equivalent desirable (We can supply and fund training for the right candidate), C&G 1/2/3, NVQ level 3, 18th edition
• Full UK driving licence
• Asbestos Awareness Training (not essential)
• Confident in inspection and testing/remedial works
• High attention to detail and organised. Health & Safety conscious
• Good communication with both management and our clients
• Must be aware of and experienced in electrical compliance
• DBS check
• Social Housing experience is desired

• Salary: £34691 - £49,000.00 OTE. Achievable bonus incentive for additional job completion on our testing programmes
• Hours: 40 hours per week, 8 am – 5 pm (1 Hour lunch) (early finish for job completion)
