AddressResponsibilities:
- Perform predictive, preventative, corrective and routine maintenance on production equipment.
- Troubleshoot, repair, assemble and install electrical, electronic, mechanical, hydraulic systems and centrifugal and diaphragm pumps.
- Calibrate process control equipment maintain motor starters, variable frequency drives, and servo controls.
- Ability to perform circuit board repairs via circuit board soldering, wiring connectors, multi-conductor cables and rework techniques through use of various test equipment.
- Perform assembly of power supplies and other electronic equipment.
- Install and repair PVC and CPVC plumbing, piping, conduit, and raceway systems.
- Perform interior and exterior facilities and building maintenance.
- Document work activities using CMMS (computerized maintenance management system).
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED with 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment (CNC preferred) or Associate Degree or Certificate equivalent from an accredited two-year college or technical school in related field and three years of experience in a manufacturing environment (CNC preferred).
- Knowledge of AC/DC circuits in both high and low voltage applications.
- Working knowledge of controls, mechanical, electrical, and electronic principles.
- Basic computer skills (Windows environment).

Desired Characteristics
- J-STD 001 or ISO 2000 soldering certification or equivalent.
- Proficiency in electro-mechanical, industrial control, servo driven motors and controls, pneumatic, hydraulic, and pump systems.
- Ability to follow assembly drawing and schematics / basic procedures / wire runs lists.
- Experience working with measurement tools such as micrometers, calipers, multimeters, and oscilloscopes.
- Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently.

The base hourly pay range for this position is $35 -$45 hr. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for 10% shift differential.
