A Product Support Engineer with a solid understanding of Electro-mechanical engineering will use their detailed knowledge to solve a wide range of customers technical questions, to provide training sessions, develop proposals for new products as well as investigating product returns. A great opportunity for an Engineer with solid problem-solving abilities and good customer facing skills.

Electro-Mechanical Product Support Engineer competencies:
- HND or Degree in Electro-Mechanical, Mechanical or Electronic Engineering.
- Hands on testing and diagnostic experience.
- Strong verbal and written English skills.
- Excellent customer focus.
- A passion for new Technology development and sustainability.
