Role: Electronic Design Engineer
Salary: £45,000 - £60,000
Fortice are working with an exciting, forward-thinking company who are looking to bring on an Electronic Design Engineer to join the team and support the continued growth of the business, bringing a wealth of experience to add value to the team. You will undertake a wide range of tasks, in an exciting environment. Key Responsibilities:
- High-speed digital and analogue electronic circuit design, simulation, implementation, and verification
- Design (schematics and layout) of complex multi-layer printed circuit boards (PCBs) involving high speed devices: FPGAs and/or processors
- Integration and test of PCB assemblies and systems
- Hands-on experience of electronic test equipment (scopes, power supplies etc.)
- Experience with PCB design (e.g. Altium Designer)
- Troubleshooting, modifying existing designs, recommending and implementing design improvements
- Experience with consumer products from concept through to production
- Good understanding of the electronics component market
- Undertake analysis of circuits for design assurance, DFM, FMA
Working Arrangements:
- Hybrid - Average of 2-3 days a week onsite with options for a compressed fortnight (every other Friday off) and the Fridays that you do work will be an early finish.

- Must be a sole British Citizen and eligible for the correct level of security clearance
