Are you looking for an Electronic Design Team Leader – Analogue/Digital in Hampshire?

My client is a very well-established, highly profitable company that designs and manufactures a range of electronic instrumentation products that are used all over the world.

Due to expansion, they are looking for an Electronic Design Team Leader – Analogue/Digital to join the team.

You will have a strong background in Electronic Design with a broad skill set covering analogue and digital design.

This company's R&D team works hybrid, in this role on a typical week, you’ll be in the office one day a week. But they are very flexible and there will be weeks you won’t need to come in at all and some weeks you’ll need to be in the lab all week.

Responsibilities and Technical Skills required in this Electronic Design Team Leader – Analogue/Digital will include:

• You will have a strong Electronic Design background covering analogue and digital circuit design with knowledge of the latest technologies and design methods.
• Experience in technical leadership within electronics able to lead a Design Team to deliver products, including the ability to conduct detailed reviews of other engineer's designs.
• Proven experience in taking design projects from concept to manufacture.

In this role of Electronic Design Team Leader – Analogue/Digital, you will be a mix of hands-on design and technical leadership. It is envisaged that your first 6-12 months will be more hands-off while you get to know the team, the company, the processes etc and look at ways to improve things and have a positive impact on the team. Most of the team are experienced Engineers so once you’ve established yourself in the team your role will be c70% hands-on design/technical and 30% Team Lead.

You might be involved in monthly 121s and annual appraisals, but this IS NOT A MANAGEMENT ROLE :)
