My client is looking for an experienced and motivated Project Manager/Engineer to join their retail team and to help deliver innovative Electronic Security and fire solutions to their retail customers. They have recently taken on a huge contract, for a major UK retailer. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the retail industry and the latest security and life safety technologies.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all facets of Security Projects, encompassing planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution.
- Collaborate with clients to comprehend their security needs and provide solutions meeting their requirements.
- Coordinate with suppliers and contractors to ensure timely and budget-compliant project delivery.
- Motivate and manage installation teams to achieve results.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
- Prepare and deliver regular project status reports.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years in Project Management or Project Engineering in the Electronic Security industry.
- Strong understanding of retail security needs.
- Familiarity with a variety of security technologies.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Proficient in project management software.
