Salary: £22,000 to £28,000
An opportunity has opened for an Electronic Technician to join a manufacturing company based in Drybrook, West Gloucestershire. The ideal candidate will have a background within Electronic manufacturing and have excellent PCB soldering skills. Any IPC knowledge such as IPC 610, 620 or J-STD would be a bonus.
What they’re looking for:
- Experience as an Electronic Technician or any role within assembly
- Excellent PCB soldering experience
- Knowledge of PCB rework
- IPC standards would be a bonus
- Electromechanical assembly experience
Electronic Technician Duties:
- Working within a busy production environment, soldering PCBs from the company’s customers
- Checking PCBs and providing any rework required
- Inspecting your own work to ensure top level quality
- Working to IPC 610 and 620 standards
- Electromechanical assembly of power products
