The Company recruiting for theElectronics Design Engineer:

• A market leader in home safety systems
• Renowned for their battery and mains powered devices.
• Growing and expanding in Coventry and further afield
• Seeking an experienced Electronics Design Engineer

The Role of the Electronics Design Engineer:

• Carry out documentation, schematic and PCB designs.
• Compiling BoM's and liaise with hardware development team.
• Ensure designs adhere to ISO9001 and are verified and validated.
• Involved with new system design as well as legacy product improvements.
• Lead personal projects; typically working on 1 project at a time.
• Support the wider team.
• Mon - Fri role, 4 days in the office, 1 from home.

The Candidate for the Electronics Design Engineer:

• Experienced with LV and low power design, both mains and battery powered.
• Board level hardware design, including analogue circuits and microcontrollers.
• Analogue and digital Electronics Design experience, such as PCB, schematic capture, and simulation
• Working knowledge of C / C++ / Python is advantageous, as is experience with EMI / EMC / Radio testing.
• Comfortable working in a team environment
• Strong English communication skills
• Able to commute 4 days per week to the Coventry site.
• You must have right to work in the UK as sponsorship will not be provided.

The Package for the Electronics Design Engineer:

• £40,000 - £55,000 basic salary, depending on experience
• Company performance related bonus
• 4 days in the office, 1 from home
