AddressI am currently working on a fantastic opportunity for an Electronics Engineer (Consultant) role. This role is ideal for an experienced Electronics Engineer who is passionate about taking on a diverse range of projects and challenges.
Role Overview:
In this role, you will contribute to a wide variety of client projects with a focus on electronic content. You'll collaborate closely with project teams, including the Project Manager and Technical Lead, to understand client requirements and develop solutions that meet their needs. Your responsibilities will include designing and developing electronic systems, analyzing and modeling circuit and system performance, defining test schedules, and conducting tests on electronic circuits and systems.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Essential: An undergraduate degree in Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, or a similar discipline.
- Desirable: A post-graduate qualification (Master/Ph.D.) in Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
Key Requirements:
- Essential: Experience in analyzing, designing, constructing, and testing electronic circuits.
- Proficiency in using electronic test equipment for circuit validation and investigation.
- Strong understanding of both analog and digital circuit design.
- Proficiency in schematic and PCB design tools for generating manufacturing files.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for resolving issues during design, development, and testing phases.
- Familiarity with communication protocols and interfaces such as Ethernet, USB, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, and serial communication.
- Desirable: Experience in software development for electronics systems using languages like C, C++, Python. Knowledge of developing software for microcontrollers and/or Linux systems is a plus.
- Desirable: Experience in technology consulting.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Enthusiasm for learning about new technologies and willingness to occasionally travel.
