Electronics Manager

Avanti Recruitment is working with a Sheffield-based R+D company that is looking for an Electronics Manager to take the helm of their R+D team. You'll be working closely with engineers of mechanical, hardware, software and firmware disciplines, and working closely with senior management to help shape the team, and steer technical direction. You'll be heavily involved in driving new development & pushing core technology innovation forwards in accordance with the company's development roadmap.

What we need:
At least 5 years' experience with electronic product development
Demonstrable experience with taking products through the entire development life-cycle (through to manufacturing)
Good to have:
Experience with mechanical/firmware engineering
