Electronics Technician

Electronics Assembler Requirements:

• Experience of Assembling, Wiring, Box build and Soldering within a high-end production environment
• Previous experience of working to IPC Standards (620, J-Std, 7711/21 etc) - certifications is not essential but any experience is greatly beneficial
• Soldering and rework of printed circuit boards to IPC standards.
• Good attention to detail
  

Electronics Assembler Responsibilities:

• Working in a small team of specialised assembly technicians assembling complex, high value, electronic products in small/medium volumes
• Regular wiring, PCB / Component soldering, cable assembly and electro-mechanical assembly
• Perform/prepare build, test or inspection activities before and during product manufacturing
• Proven ability to understand and follow technical drawings
• Support inspection of electronics assembly
• Contribute to the process of continuous improvements to achieving zero defects in accordance with ISO9001
