Electronics Assembler Requirements:
- Experience of Assembling, Wiring, Box build and Soldering within a high-end production environment
- Previous experience of working to IPC Standards (620, J-Std, 7711/21 etc) - certifications is not essential but any experience is greatly beneficial
- Soldering and rework of printed circuit boards to IPC standards.
- Good attention to detail
Electronics Assembler Responsibilities:
- Working in a small team of specialised assembly technicians assembling complex, high value, electronic products in small/medium volumes
- Regular wiring, PCB / Component soldering, cable assembly and electro-mechanical assembly
- Perform/prepare build, test or inspection activities before and during product manufacturing
- Proven ability to understand and follow technical drawings
- Support inspection of electronics assembly
- Contribute to the process of continuous improvements to achieving zero defects in accordance with ISO9001
