Are you a dynamic and creative individual with a passion for crafting compelling email campaigns that captivate audiences? A Retailer of Fashion, Home and Leisure are looking for an experienced Email Marketing Executive to oversee the scheduling and delivery of the Email Marketing, website update campaigns. Based within the Solihull office with hybrid working. Reporting into the Head of Events, Marketing & Communication some of your responsibilities will include:  

• Support the Department Head to achieve successful scheduling of all Email Marketing campaigns.
• Manage the Email Marketing process and schedule for the trade shows, ensuring they are created, approved and published on time.
• Develop and execute end-to-end Email Marketing campaigns to drive engagement, conversion, and retention.
• Optimize email campaigns through A/B testing, segmentation, and analysis of key metrics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align Email Marketing strategies with overall marketing objectives.
• Creating segments and campaign profiles for targeting and trigger activity.
• Managing email databases across various platforms used (Member, Hub, Event Management Platform)
• Assist with the design of e-mail marketing templates ensuring they align to brand guidelines and are continuously updated in order to improve performance.
• Build and develop strong working relationship with the email or CRM provider to ensure best use and optimisation of the platform is achieved.

Key requirements for the role.

• Proven experience within Email marketing / CRM, preferably in the event or retail industries
• Strong working knowledge of HTML, web CMS and CRM
• Good working knowledge of HTML, web CMS and CRM
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to liaise & influence effectively at all levels.
• Strong attention to detail with an analytical approach.
• Excellent understanding of all MS Office products including advanced Excel.
